Julian Rosenstein — Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Julian is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with more than seven years of clinical experience working with people living with disability and the teams that support them in supported accommodation. His work spans menu design, IDDSI texture management, allergy and intolerance planning, weight monitoring and mealtime management planning across single homes and multi-house providers.

He is the founder of MenuLogic, the safer-meals platform built for supported accommodation, and continues to see clients through his private practice, Accelerate Nutrition.

Julian writes and reviews the clinical resources published on MenuLogic, drawing on both day-to-day practice with residents and support teams and the standards that underpin safe, dignified mealtimes.
